What to know before you decide.
How do I choose ombre, sombre or balayage?
Desired contrast, starting colour, haircut and care habits are assessed together. Ombre can create a more defined transition, sombre a softer one, while balayage places highlights individually.
Will my hair match the colour in a reference photo?
A photo explains the goal. The achievable shade depends on starting colour, previous treatments and hair condition, and is explained before treatment.
Is a strand test used for every colouring?
We use it when needed. For lightening or major changes, a small strand’s response helps guide the method.
Can dark hair become very light in one session?
A single-session result cannot be promised generally. Colour and lightening history and hair condition are assessed; staged changes or another shade may be recommended.
Will I need aftercare following colouring?
